Founding Partner

Biography

Christopher Junho Lee is a founding partner of Golshani Lee LLP. His practice focuses on personal injury, ranging from car accidents, slip/trip and falls, products liability, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian versus auto, assault/battery, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Chris also handles various business disputes, focusing on litigation. Chris has extensive trial experience, taking numerous cases to verdict in both San Diego and Riverside County, as well as several cases to judgment in first-party arbitration. His trial results include defense verdicts for his clients and consistent success in defeating the opposing party’s final statutory offer before trial.

Prior to starting Golshani Lee LLP, Chris worked primarily on the defense side for two nationally recognized insurance companies. While working for these companies, Chris personally handled hundreds of cases as the lead attorney, which included taking depositions, attending mediations, preparing cases for trial, and most importantly, assessing the value of various injuries. During his time as a defense attorney, Chris developed an in-depth knowledge of how these corporations prioritize and settle cases – including the type of evidence they consider when making an offer to settle a claim. Chris’s principal goal for every client is to ensure that they are properly compensated for their injuries or wrongs.

Chris has a passion for excelling in the courtroom. He is an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law where he teaches Trial Practice and Trial Skills for Distinguished Advocates. Chris also coaches the CWSL Competitive Advocacy Programs where the CWSL Trial Team regularly wins at regional and national trial competitions. He also serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors for California Western School of Law and is an active member of various diversity bar organizations, including the Korean American Bar Association, Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, and the Japanese American Bar Association.
